Domenica Riggio has practiced law since 1990. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Laws from Macquarie University. Domenica opened D. Riggio & Associates Solicitors in 1997, to deliver efficient and just results in good faith. She comes from a practical, sensible italio-Australian family. Domenica is systematic, makes sense and is forward-looking. She helps solve clients' existing problems and helps clients avoid potential future problems.
Domenica works closely with firms which lead their industries. They remain clients for decades. Domenica was the solicitor acting in a case which set a key precedent followed to this day that established that the maximum reasonable period for full repayment of debts (and associated costs) is 2 years. Prior to this case, delinquent debtors would occasionally attempt to repay debts over periods like 10 years. Today, a high proportion of the cases run by D. Riggio & Associates end with the prompt collection of previously-overdue business receivables. Outside of professional practice, Domenica enjoys opera and singing, football and cooking. Domenica was a founding member of the Father Atanasio Gonelli Charitable Fund, continuing works of Father Atanasio Gonelli in aiding the less fortunate. |
Spyria Koolbanis has worked with D. Riggio & Associates for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in the day-to-day running of the firm. Spyria assists Domenica with professional carriage of clients' matters. Spyria comes from a Greek family that ran a highly successful small business for decades, and knows it is critical to be able to put her hands on the files of any given client at a moment's notice.
Coupled with her training under the Legal Secretarial Training Program of the Law Society of New South Wales, Spyria is a registered Justice of the Peace in New South Wales. Spyria's interests outside of work include her love for travelling, spending time with her family and cooking. |
